In The Studio with Jon Knowles #6 Episode 6: Photorealism
In order to create "photorealistic" artwork, one must study photographs. Knowles talks about the use of a variety of tones by studying a black and white photo. He creates a photorealistic pencil drawing, complete with blurred background, soft edges and tight detail. The photorealistic work of Daniel Moore is viewed and discussed as well. |
